Charter Broker Disclaimer

English

Bali Super Yachts is an independent yacht charter broker and booking agent. We are not the owner or operator of the vessels presented and do not operate any vessel ourselves.

All charters are arranged with, and operated by, licensed Indonesian vessel operators that hold the relevant Indonesian maritime certificates and insurances. We act solely as an intermediary that introduces guests to suitable operators; the charter contract is between the guest and the operator.

Vessel availability, specifications, itineraries and prices are indicative, subject to confirmation and to change, and depend on weather, sea conditions and the master’s authority.

Nothing on this website is an offer of carriage. This site provides general information only and is not legal or maritime advice.

Penafian Broker Charter

Bahasa Indonesia

Good to Know

Booking essentials

A plain-language summary of how charters are quoted and booked. The binding terms are set out in the charter agreement between you and the operator.

Pricing

Weekly charters are quoted as a base rate plus an APA (typically 30–50% of base). Day charters are mostly-inclusive within a defined area. All figures are indicative until confirmed.

Deposits

Most luxury charters require a 50% deposit on signing, with the balance and APA due 4–6 weeks before embarkation.

Availability

Vessels, dates and routes are confirmed by the operator. Seasonal expedition yachts should be booked well ahead.

Weather & safety

The master has final authority over routing and safety. Itineraries may change due to weather and sea conditions.
